What we do

We do a lot here at wilko for all our employees. From recruitment and benefits to training and performance support, we do whatever it takes to make all our people the best they can be.

We try to balance our heart with our head, always looking to find harmony between commercial decisions and doing the right thing for all our people.

As a family business, we don’t just focus on our team members’ lives at work, but also on how we can support them outside of work too. For example, we have partnerships like Health Assured, which makes sure our colleagues have someone to talk to, whatever the issue.
