We put the customer at the heart of everything, whether it be making it easy to navigate wilko.com, helpful hints and tips on Instagram or ensuring an order arrives on time and in good condition. Across the digital departments of commerce, development, digital marketing, CX & CRO or operations; together we collectively work to reliably deliver for our customers whenever, wherever and however they need us.

The development and CX teams keep the site looking and feeling consistent with our brand, ensuring it’s easy to use and making regular changes with new feature releases. Commerce are focussed on executing and trading our product ranges, whilst operations and fulfilment teams work across our support and fulfilment centres to make sure we meet our customer’s promises.
